    Amanda Brennan, OTRL

    OWNER/FOUNDER

Hi! I’m Amanda Brennan and I’m glad you are here!

I graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 2011. I developed a passion for pelvic rehabilitation when working in an outpatient neuro clinic and noticing that patients really needed more support for bladder, bowel and especially sexual health. I started taking coursework through the Herman and Wallace Institute and have since begun a passion for lifespan rehabilitation for all genders and ages. I believe that with comprehensive care and compassion and really listening to the expert (you!), everyone can benefit from pelvic rehabilitation.

Outside of my career, I love spending time with my husband and two daughters, ages 7 and 3. We love to explore all of the fun things to do around Grand Rapids, especially if it involves animals! We have a cat, a hamster and a bunny at home to keep us busy. When not chasing kids or animals, you can find me cuddled up with a good book!

I can’t wait to get to know you and help you on your journey to pelvic health and wellness!

    Kendra Bartlett

    VIRTUAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

Kendra is a Virtual Medical Administrative Assistant and Biller with 13 years of experience in the healthcare field. Over the years, she's learned to navigate the world of medical billing, credentialing, authorizations, and payroll with precision. She's become the go-to person for translating insurance jargon, managing denials, and ensuring that OT, PT, and ST providers get paid, patients stay covered, and everyone can rest easy knowing the paperwork is in good hands.

She finds a bit of humor in the job—especially when it feels like insurance companies exist solely to keep her on her toes! But that’s all part of the fun. She loves turning administrative hurdles into manageable steps, especially if she can lighten the load for others along the way.

When she's not immersed in the world of medical administration, she's at home, where her “clients” are her four kids and twelve grandkids—thankfully, no copays required! After 14 years of marriage, she loves traveling with her husband and spending lots of time in her garden.
